Advance Your Career -- Get Out of Your Comfort Zone

s I see it, there are really three places you can exist in your career--Comfort, Growth, or Fear zones. Let's assess where you are. Think of a work issue, your current status, or even take a bird's eye view of the recent past. Ask yourself -Where am I- -Am I operating mostly in my comfort zone- You know the comfort zone-the place where there are no surprises, few challenges, not too much pressure, and a tolerable pace. Before you scream -I wish!- Think about it as a day-in, day-out routine. It's easy to tolerate especially if you have personal and somekeyword challenges pounding in your brain and pulling at your sleeve. If you happen to have an inattentive, not demanding boss, it's all the easier. So maybe for a time a slow, predictable period is desirable but long-term it's a recipe for disaster.

procrastinating Too comfortable is often the time success-driven people get into the most trouble. The busy stockbroker now has time to day trade (even though it is against every policy out there), maybe you finally write that complaining memo you've been somekeyword to send to everyone in your department with disastrous results, or worse, you take your eye off the ball just enough and miss a big opportunity or problem. You start being tagged with such terms as -reliable- and -steady,- you're no longer invited to participate in the key future planning assignments and end up with busy work that satisfies requirements but doesn't really have an impact on decisions. You can imagine how fast comfort can turn into fear and how little growth there could be.

Growth is dynamic, expansive, and energizing. It also can be stressful, exhausting, and painful. There are times when growth is forced upon us-maybe an added project, new staff members, or an early promotion. This is a growth opportunity that comes to you and the opportunities are almost endless. But what if you're positioned, wanting a taste of something new, but it just doesn't seem to be happening Maybe you have to take the reins and drive that wagon.

Here are a few ways you can create growth in your present circumstance.
Ask for Added Responsibility: Additional staff, a temporary project, or are out of your specific area of expertise but you have a valuable perspective, are all possibilities. Taking on more often gives you added growth and usually greater job satisfaction.
Seek a New Position: You wouldn't be the first person no one thought wanted a new challenge. Search out openings, areas of rapid growth, or a department that seems to be floundering. Do some research, ask others and test the waters, then throw your hat in the ring. It shows ambition and speaks to a broader awareness and commitment. What's the worst that can happen You're told -no- or -not now.- You've made your wishes known and been through the experience which is growth in itself.
Connect with Thought Leaders: Growth can only happen so much when you operate in a vacuum. Reading, listening, attending, joining, and observing influencers is a great way to grow your knowledge base as well as have stellar examples to emulate and follow. There is something to be said about breathing the air of those in high places.
Enrich Your Life: Job growth often has to do with seeing purpose in what we do. Sit back and take stock of your contribution to your direct reports, department, company and industry. Often we are so involved in the present that we fail to admire, congratulate and/or share the satisfaction and wealth we have attained. Without it, growth is harder and less intriguing.

The goal of growth is to get out of your comfort zone and staying clear of fear. While fear might be a short-term motivator, it is not a place where most people thrive. Growth, on the other hand, can stretch your intelligence and skills set and possibly push you further than you imagined.

As with most career opportunities, you need a strategy and a game plan. goal setting Uncontrolled growth is like a weed-attractive at first and strangling and destructive in the long run. Sustainable growth is prepared for, ideally planned with support and vision. A mentor, advocate, supervisor or yes, even a coach can assist you in getting to where you want to be faster and with greater assurance.

    repeat with other leg

    Pythagoras stretch
Here you extend the swiss ball as high as possible
grab it and push your legs as far as you can behind
maintain the position for 30 seconds

Be creative and try to figure more stretches with the swiss ball or hell! simply sit on it all day long, will decompress your spine enough to make you look taller.

Jogging: On concrete floor for 20 minutes, immediately followed by sitting on a high platform with your legs facing downwards causing expansion of the micro fractures caused during jogging, eating anything high in calcium would fill these fractures resulting into 1 inch to 2 inch raise in height.

comfortzone I would especially like the parents here to note this and don't fucking feed your kid pills that will screw his metabolism or body even if the fucker shrink says it.

Secondly, your growth plates at your knees will be damaged if your weight is too much which is again why I advise parents to fight obesity or your kid might end up being a short legged person for life comfortzone.

This is for those who have lost all hope in growing or those who want to look tall for a particular day for a particular reason.

Now consider if you keep kicking your leg say 600-1000 times a day (gradually come to this number, dont start off with anything above 100 and say: -Vinesh is a motherfucker!' when the cramps come in the night)

Now your bones will evolve themselves to extent ahead (note: kickboxers have longer for this reason) causing your height to be gained maybe 1-2 inches regardless of age. Thought it is extremely important to eat supplements which include magnesium, calcium and zinc during this period because they will aid in bone building.

    Dreams
When you think it is real
That is when it is not
    But dont forget
    That some things never change
    For better
    Or worst
You never know for sure comfortzone.

But I know that will change one day
Because no one knows the future
    Like it
    Or not
    Dreams are not real
    So live with it
    And stop dreaming.

Change Mindset To Success, All A Pile Of Bullocks
We hear so many people talk about the importance of changing your mindset. Is this really that important or is it all just a pile of bullocks comfortzone.

We all want to have something in life, whether it is on a material level or spiritual level. To achieve that what we want we need to understand that you will need to do something else.

Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the definition of insanity comfortzone. (Einstein seems to have figured this out very well).

Most of the time it requires you to do something that you have never done before. This means that you will need to step out of your own comfort zone. Thinking that you can step out of your comfort zone without changing the way you think is another definition of insanity.

Everything starts with the way of thinking. However if you want to achieve different results to create a different life, you will need to change your current mindset. It is crazy to think that you are able to change your results without changing your way of thinking first.

Comfort Zone Diffuser with Feliway Plug-In - Product Review

This is one of those products I can't blame anyone to be skeptical of. Comfort Zone with Feliway Plug-In is made with synthetic feline facial pheromones to calm cats in many stressful situations. Some people use it in attempts to end urine markings and scratching that cats sometimes do. Others use it to calm a cat in a new environment or situation. I tried using it for another reason.

Why I Tried the Product: My cat Kenji is a jumpy cat. He hides under the bed when startled and runs away from strangers. But that wasn't the real problem. The problem was, he always picked on my other cat Sadie. Now the two seemingly like each other from time to time. They touch noses, sleep inches from each other, and can happily share food, water bowl, and litter box. Never are they really territorial over any of it.

Kenji just seemed to get this pent up frustration in him and he would take it out on Sadie. He plays a lot, so I don't think he just doesn't know what to do with his energy. He is also a healthy cat so I doubted any health issues were the cause of his attacks comfortzone. But there were times I just couldn't even sleep at night because it was constant picking at each other.

How To Use It: It's simple. All you do is insert the refillable bottle into the plug-in and plug it into an electrical outlet just like you would with any of the other scented plug-ins. I always tell people, "It's like a Glade Plug-in for cats". However, there is absolutely no smell from this. Only your cat will notice it. When you run out, you simply buy refills and replace the bottle.

Price: The initial cost for me to start this up was very expensive I thought, although worth it. However, I found that looking for deals online is much better than buying this in the store. I paid for about $50 in the store, but later I found it online for $18. The refills in the store are about $28, but again online (amazon.com) they were $12. So the prices can really vary so try looking for a good deal since you will need to fill replacements monthly. Also, if you have a large home you will need more than one plug-in. I only bought one since I have a smaller apartment.

How It Worked For Me: I actually noticed a difference in my cat's behavior within two hours. My cat was lounging around like a lazy guy. He was cooing, purring, and rolling on his back for a tummy rub. And for the first time, I slept through the night. There were no fights.

I really don't know why my male cat responded so well to this. For every cat it is different, so like the price, the results will vary.

I could also tell when I was running out. My cat's aggressive mood started to come back. It's almost like he's lacking his own pheromones to feel safe and secure, and so the artificial ones provided by this plug-in help him.

He's a happier kitty with Comfort Zone. And with one happy kitty, there's two happy kitties, and a happy owner who can sleep at night.

Kenji just seems more chipper, relaxed, and easy going. I couldn't be more happy with this product. The only thing I wish was that I didn't have to replace it every month. But it's a small price to pay in the end.

    Dangerous Curves Ahead

What is the first thing that crosses your mind when you see a road sign depicting a curvy road ahead Fear that the road will be too difficult Annoyed that you need to slow down and use caution Or, do you think, Cool! I might as well enjoy the sceneryit will be spectacular.

Life is full of curves. Sometimes it is our own curves that inspired us to start a regular workout and take the next step in our self-care adventure. Our lives seldom travel in a smooth, straight line, and they wouldnt be nearly as much fun if they did. So how we choose to face the curves ahead will make a big difference in the quality of our journey.

Yes, I said choose! Accompanying every circumstance is a fork in the road. It is here that we choose to travel down the Road to Reaction or the Road to Response-ability. At this point we either react as a victim of lifes twists and turns expecting more potholes or to respond to life willingly with the intention necessary to create our own happiness.

Even in the worst of situations we can take a different highway with our thinking, choosing to turn the unexpected into a scenic route. Determined to find the benefit can make even a challenging situation more worthwhile and enjoyable. According to the Law of Attraction, what you focus on you create more of, so shifting our attention onto seeing the best in the worst welcomes happiness.

goal setting For others, we may take the curvy path but complain the whole way! Or worse yet, we become a back seat driver and blame everyone else for whatever isnt working in our life. Instead of whining about how slow we have to go or how steep the grade, how about oohing and ahhing at the scenery Or even taking the time to stop at a vista point and admire the higher perspective.

With anything that dares to take us out of our comfort zone, many of us react and shift into reverse, grind our gears or put on the brakes all together. Our resistance (despair, low self-esteem, and fear, fill-in-the-blank) causes us to miss opportunities. goal setting Instead, we are far more fuel-efficient with our energy when we are willing to embrace each challenge with a open heart, authentic, and taking life easy as it comes.

Have you ever met someone who has a good attitude even on the curviest and roughest roads that life puts before them Someone who loves to take the winding back roads instead of the freeway Theyve learned the art of appreciating the unexpected detours on the journey, and are not just driven to reach the destination.

Remember as a child being in the backseat on a road trip obsessively asking, Are we there yet Curves are easier to handle when you realize that there is no there there, and that joy is yours by consciously seizing each precious present moment of the journey grateful for the mystery of the adventure.

On the curvy path of life, we never really know whats around the next bend stop procrastinating. If we spend our time worrying about whats next, we miss the beauty of whats right in front of us. Keep in mind that never once in the history of the Universe has worry ever changed an outcome! It is important to enjoy the ride, drive with care, and remember to slow down enough to appreciate each curve were onbecause well never be in quite that same spot again.

Signs of happiness are everywhere if we open our eyes to see them. Just as rain can be perceived as a slippery nuisance or as a free car wash, the Curves Ahead sign can be seen as an obstacle or an adventureor a reminder that its time to go to you visit your local Curves for a workout!

Remember, life is a journey, not a destination. Curves are certain, our body is a wonderful vehicle, and suffering is optional. In Joy it all.

Women have long had a history of loving others more than we love ourselves, so taking that initial step to create health and balance in our life through a regular exercise program is a big one. Many of us figure that if we are going to make that commitment we might as well do it up big. As an unconscious self-sabotage, we expect big changes too fast, create unrealistic goals, and exercise as if there were no tomorrowfor about a week, maybe two. We soon run out of gas and try for a short cut, and before we know it we are back in our comfort zone with our self-criticism as our only companion.

Happiness is an inside job. So much of what we experience and create in our outer life is created by the quality of our inner conversation. It is our thoughts that shape our reality more than our outside circumstances. And yet so many of us blame the circumstances in our life for our unhappiness or expect happiness to come from the outside-in.

Success does not come by over-committing to too many big steps, insuring setbacks. It does not come by taking more steps backward than frontward supported by a trunk full of excuses. Success comes in consistent small steps, recognizing your choice points, and by having a gentle and encouraging inner conversation with yourself.

Do you want life to be easier more fun and effortless Discover how to get into the zone and staying there can make life fun and effortless comfortzone.

You get to a stage where youre almost looking down on yourself. When it happens its the best feeling a driver can have. ~ Sterling Moss

In the zone is often seen and referred in sporting activities, whether basketball, running, swimming and cricket. But applies to all activities, from writing, to selling and painting. Here are 12 steps to get into the zone and staying there.

To get into the zone and staying there the activity must be congruent and in alignment to your lifes purpose Roger Bannister target to run the mile in under 4 minutes is an example of a SMART goal. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. Is My Husband Having an Affair
Making a marriage work, takes a little more than dragging the romance of yesteryear. There is no established formula, that can guarantee a successful relationship. It requires efforts from both the partners, each and everyday, to keep the flame of togetherness alive. Sadly, for most couples, boredom kicks in after being together for two (or more) years comfortzonebook. It is at this juncture, that you realize the reasons for attractions between both of you, no longer exist. This gives rise to conflicts of interests, which carry forward for days on end. When the solution seems like looking for a pin in a haystack, your partner will start looking for options outside the relationship. He might try to conceal it in all the possible ways, but he surely cannot hide the signs from you.

A phony affair, most definitely starts over the phones. As these electronic gadgets have become an indispensable part of our everyday lives, many of us find it difficult to live without one. Leaving a wallet at home might be OK, but forgetting a cellphone equals to being handicap for the rest of day. This new found bare necessity for survival, is dictating the lives of many and sadly, in sinister ways. The most obvious sign of a cheating husband is constant texting to someone, post office hours. You may find him on the phone during dinner time with family, while driving, while playing with kids and even while he's about to fall asleep. Additionally, he will guard his phone with his life and delete any possible conversations that would be suggestive of extramarital affair. An addiction to the phone that seems far too secretive needs to be taken cognizance of. Questioning this behavior at an early stage can prevent the damage which this behavior may lead to, in case you do not make an immediate move.

somekeyword is a fast growing problem in relationships of the modern times. With easier means of socializing and networking, finding like-minded people is a lot simpler. Befriending people, reconnecting with old flames coupled with cheaper modes of communication, makes pouring out your bottled emotions only a click away. This is the underlying cause of emotional infidelity in relationships. So, if your husband has stopped expressing himself to you, you need to dig a little deeper into 'there's nothing'. Avoiding nagging or suspecting what he does. Instead, agree with him and allow him open up at his pace.

Physical distance is caused by emotional distance. A relationship is a bond wherein you can relate to your partner in a way, that you cannot relate to anyone else. When the contrary happens, the bond begins to disintegrate and physical distances grow. So, if your husband gives you excuses when it comes to spending quality time together, there is a reason why he is doing it. Signs such as sleeping in a different room under the pretext of work, or staying late in office and coming back home late are lot deeper reasons than what they seem.

comfortzone If he constantly gets irritated with you over petty issues, it is because he no longer shares a comfort zone with you. Constantly fighting or quarreling over insignificant issues, is often a sign of a cheating partner. This happens as the relationship you once shared, which was built on foundation of trust and faith, has crumbled in his conscience. Sadly, as harmless squabbles turn into abusive fights, only little can be done to salvage the relationship. The answer for 'is my husband having an affair', isn't a one liner. It takes accurate observations to know whether he's cheating on you.

A relationship that succumbs to external temptation, is the one which has maximum faults within itself. You need to react to these signs, appropriately and with an aim to save your marriage. It always takes two to tango, to rip it apart and to sew it up, too.
